We approach things in a holistic way and believe in order to truly feel great all things emotionally and physically should be taken into account.  In each session we will unpack your goals and work to find sustainable changes that will work for you.

We provide evidence based guidance on what to eat and how best to combine foods that will make you feel great, all while improving your hormones.

Personalized Nutrition with Kristen

Hi, I'm Kristen. I have my Master's degree in Nutrition and am a Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS). I am also a Certified Dietitian Nutritionist in the state of CT. My passion for nutrition started in college and has been at the forefront of my life ever since.  I believe food is an amazing thing and can also be incredibly healing.  The most important thing is your relationship with food and choosing the right foods for you.  I have learned that no two people are the same when it comes to nutrition and for this reason I don’t believe in cookie-cutter diets.  I want to work with you to find balance through food and lifestyle choices.
